Sell your Property

Our sales commissions are 4% if we find the buyer and 6% if we have to cooperate with another broker.  Our listing agreement is a 90 day renewable contract.  Preparation is the key to successful marketing and our marketing strategies generally produce buyers within the first 30 days.  However, if the property does not sell, and we are still friends at the end of 90 days, we will gladly renew the listing for an additional 90 days.
