investor's property management and sales
company. We helped our clients buy investment
properties for tax shelter, managed their properties,
refinance or sale and buy more properties, open and
expand their businesses and provided financial
management and estate planning. For the first 12
years we managed property, there was little we did not
do for our clients relative to maintaining their
investments and personal financial plans. As a
result, our real estate and business experience is
broad and vast and includes the ability to handle the
challenges of difficult transactions, complexities of
probate sales and purchases, the insights to
establishing living trusts, and the confidentialities
of divorce.
